Happiness
The girls have been super smiley and giggly...I love it!
Lola and Daddy at the lake last weekend.
So cute.
Isla was one constant smile yesterday.
Our "Isla"nd girl sporting her Hawaiian outfit from Dave's Uncle Pete. We were feeling spring in the air so decided to pretend it was warm outside.
Lola LOVES to bounce in her jumperoo...she was bouncing like crazy today and then...
...she completely wore herself out and fell asleep!

Lola
BIG day for our Lola Lee Lou Whoo...
First, we had an appointment at Gillette. She was measured and scanned for a helmet. She'll be getting her new attire in 2 weeks and will have to wear it for approx. 3-4 months. For those of you who don't know, she has a pretty flat backside to her head. This will ensure that her head rounds out nicely and is a normal shape for the rest of her life. Small price to pay for a lifetime change. We'll be decorating it with stickers as I was a little disappointed that we were unable to order it in a cool color. :)
And next, she had solid food for the first time tonight!! Mmmmmm, rice cereal! She is able to hold her head up on her own, sit in her highchair without our help and has been interested in our food when we eat it...all signs that she was ready (so says our pediatrician). Isla is still a little behind in this area but we're not rushing her.
